Hubbard Esthetics asks clients to reschedule any appointments at least 48 hours in advance. We understand unexpected circumstances happen from time to time and are happy to assist in the event of an emergency, as a one time courtesy.
However, the studio is very busy and we want to serve our customers well. Repeated cancellations/no-shows take up valuable time in the studio's schedule and ultimately impede upon other client's ability to book.
Therefore, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance and/or no shows will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the specific service(s) booked.
Additionally, if a client fails to reschedule an appointment within the allotted time more than twice, that client will no longer be allowed to book appointments.
